Jennifer's school participated in a poster contest sponsored by Loaves and Fishes, a Charlotte, NC hunger relief organization. The theme of the contest was "Children CAN Have Heart." Jennifer's poster was selected from all Kindergarten through third grade entries to go to the city competition, where she received Honorable Mention. It was displayed with twenty other posters in the county Government Center and in the county School District offices. Jennifer is 7 years old and in Second Grade.
